We offer group yoga classes and private yoga lessons.  Exercises including Hatha poses and Vinyasa flow encourage flexibility, balance, better posture, recovery and higher health.  Spiritual meditation and yoga asanas focus on the union of mind, body, soul and its higher Self.

Group classes for beginners, intermediates and advanced are available at several studios throughout the New York City area.  Private lessons are also available and encouraged.

  • Hatha Yoga – Hatha Yoga is the basic 12 postures for balanced union of the mind body and soul through steady posture.

  • Vinyasa Yoga – Vinyasa Flow emphasizes flexibility, strengthen and tones the muscles and ligaments through yoga poses.

  • Meditation techniques – spiritual mediation techniques including self mediation and guided mediation, benfits of mediation.

  • Yoga Asanas – Yoga exercises tone the body and calm the mind, stimulation balanced health.

  • Yoga Exercises – DailyYoga exercises helps with depression by stimulating the endocrine system.

  • Yoga for Beginners – Yoga for Beginners is an introduction to yoga postures and technique, taught as Easy Yoga.

  • Yoga for Intermediates – Yoga for intermediates takes a closer look at the hatha yoga foundation.

  • Yoga for Advanced – Advanced yoga increases your level of proficiency as a student of yoga and advances your yoga poses.
